Please note that ALL items are non refundable. We offer exchanges or store credit only.

If you would like to make an exchange, it must be requested within 3 days of receiving your items. For suiting exchanges, the full set must be exchanged with the original tags attached. We do not accept exchanges for suit separates. 

All T-shirts are final sale.

To make an exchange, please email contact@shoptbcollection.com. If you do not email us before making your exchange, it will be not be accepted.

Please note that each suit is made to order. The processing time would be up to 20 business days to make the suit in the newly requested size.

The shipping cost of the item to be sent back to TB COLLECTION is the responsibility of the customer.

To have the best TB COLLECTION experience, please utilize the size chart and the size of the model listed in the item's description when making a purchase. If you are unsure about your size, it is always recommended to size up when completing online purchases.

At checkout, please review and confirm for the correct item, quantity, color, size, shipping address, and payment information to prevent error as TB COLLECTION is not responsible for selections and/or incorrect information made by the purchaser. Once an order is placed, no changes can be made. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you've received an incorrect style or a defective item, please send pictures and order number for tracking purposes to contact@shoptbcollection.com within 3 days of the item being delivered and a representative will contact you to gladly resolve it. By completing a purchase with TB COLLECTION, you are agreeing to our terms of service and every policy in place.
